Outstanding customer service. Part of a repair/replacement of our main bathroom just under a year ago failed, the ceiling ventilation fan replacement specifically, last evening encountered a manufacturing defect that caused the light/cover to fall from the ceiling. I sent an email last night to pink rose and shortly after 8 AM I received a telephone call from Pink Rose. By 12 noon my problem was resolved. We just completed our second project with Pink Rose. In both cases, the staff member that came out was courteous, explained the job, provided an easy to understand estimate, performed the work as good as or better than described, and was super neat such that there was no trace they were ever here.
