Excellent experience with Terry. He was extremely professional yet personable and friendly. Explained the use of the new product fully. Was extremely thorough with the installation. Treated our home as if it was his own. Very neat and careful. Joe, who set this up and chose the product for our home, was very careful in choosing the product according to our needs and also for choosing Terry for our installation. Would recommend both Joe and Terry highly. Loved the treat of the pink rose at the end!!!!! Nice touch!!!!
