No complaints on quality of work. Installer was competent, knowledgeable & very easy to work with. He even came back to explain an issue and was patient & kind. Can’t say the same for person I spoke to on the phone. Although he did send the installer back, he was not pleasant nor customer friendly. The issue was easily & quickly resolved but only due to the kind & patient interaction with the installer. Shout out to Michael!!!

Jesse and John were professional and knowledgeable. The work John did for our bathroom is AMAZING! His work is unmatched in quality and detail! He even found some problems that could have caused issues down the road and fixed them! My new bathroom is everything I hoped it would be! I have used Pink Rose for years and have never been disappointed with the quality of the work!

Very pleasant people both on the phone and the ones that come to do the work. The work was done to the specifications on the estimate and they worked with me on time of day as I’m not available a lot. The only thing I did not like was the time between the initial call, the estimate, and the actual work getting done. I guess that’s what happens when someone is good at what they do - they’re busy

Very professional company, Technician was very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. I had plumbing, and relocating of appliance. Job was performed within excellent standards. Would highly recommend, great service and price.

I highly recommend Pink Rose Home Services. On Monday before Thanksgiving, I needed a broken faucet replaced with a new faucet . Really wasn't expecting this work to be completed before Thanksgiving but remained optimistic. I called Pink Rose & another Service repair Company. Pink Rose called back with in the hour & scheduled an appointment for next day between 8-10 am. The other Company still has not contacted me.
