The phone was answered when I called and someone was sent to give me a quote within the week. Although scheduling the professional I needed, a carpenter, was at first set for 8 months later, they were able to arrange a Saturday instead, which was only scheduled out 2 months. Even though there is a shortage of skilled tradesmen, the company responded quickly to all my inquiries and the work performed was beautiful. My first experience with Pink Rose was super positive. Had a heads up call about the impending visit. Kept totally informed of arrival time. John was pleasant to work with as I showed him the repair I needed to my house. He went above and beyond in my expectations. I am very pleased with the repair and very glad I didn’t need to attempt it myself. Pink Rose is 100% amazing! I will never use anyone else! They are consummate professionals. As a single mom, it can be very daunting to have a man you do not know come to your house. Our Pink Rose representative, Michael was so respectful and patient. I never once felt insecure having hom in my home environment. He assembled my daughters bike and my office chair in no time.
