On 10/29/2021 Darren came out to fix a noisy ceiling fan and clean/replace my dryer vent leading to the outside of the house. I am 100% pleased with the high quality of service that Darren provided me. He immediately made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. He is a tremendous asset to Pink Rose. Mark S****** is the person who came today (10-26-21). I had a list of small jobs that needed to be taken care of. He fixed them all. He took the time to listen and went right to work. I am very satisfied with all the work he completed on my "to do " list. **** ***** *

$200 + to remove an old lamp post light fixture and install a new one. A little bit more than I would ordinarily pay. But...it was worth it because the craftsman arrived when promised, gave some good suggestions, and came back later in the afternoon to install the new fixture, after I went to purchase it. I have had the frustration of workmen not showing up as promised and then doing a crappy job. Not the case with Pink Rose, they are reliable, professional and friendly. I will definitely be using them again.

Before starting the job, Jeff discussed my options for repairing my outside window sills. I was pleased with the job that we agreed to. In general, I have been pleased with the work that the Pink Rose workers do. The service has also been prompt.

I had a list of miscellaneous jobs I needed done inside and outside my home. John C*****. from Syracuse came and did a great job. He was punctual, polite, professional and personable. His knowledge was vast and he even made a few helpful suggestions with the tasks I had outlined for him. He did what needed to be done to complete each job thoroughly.
