I'm a new customer of Pink Rose and was delighted with the service I received, They were punctual, professional and polite from the moment I contacted them. I was in need of having about 100 feet of old insulation removed from my basement. They showed up on time, were equipped with the necessary tools, bagged and removed the old insulation, vacuumed and swept up any leftover debris. John C*****, from Pink Rose, constructed a custom floor transition between our kitchen, living room, and a hallway. The wall between was removed over 10 years ago but we just couldn't figure out what to do as the floors were of different heights. John created two beautiful oak pieces, thus providing wheel-chair accessibility between our main 72-year old oak floors and our parquet kitchen floor. Fantastic customer service! The technician made sure to explain my options and gave me some very helpful advise regarding the repair work I needed to have done! Prompt service and a helpful repairman what more can you ask for!
