Tim did an excellent job on my windows. It was a difficult job and he executed it very professionally. They look beautiful and you can’t hear any noises in the driveway. I will definitely have him come to solve more of my issues in my house. Thanks Pink Rose Home Service !!

Extremely satisfied with the “warranty” service. Did additional work beyond scope of first job in order to make sure it was done right. No charge! Explained everything completely.

Excellent customer service with clear detailed explanation, rationale and execution. Called at 7 am for emergency roof leak repair. Customer service was prompt, polite and very helpful.

I was very surprised to get service within 30 minutes of my call. Tim had finished his job for the day and happened to be in the area so he added my call to his day. He was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose my clogged drain issue promptly (and taught me how to do it myself in the future) and then tackled my mysterious ceiling leak. He said he’d prefer to try simple options (not rip up my ceiling etc) first so he climbed on the roof and caulked something. Although that was a needed repair, i... read more
