As a single person I am always cautious about who I let into my home. I have used Pink Rose on 4 occasions and the staff and technical crew have consistently been professional, polite, and easy to work with. In one instance the price was lower than the insurance estimate. On one job I had to call back months later and they stood by their warranty and did the upgrade repair no charge. There are ways to get discounts too...just ask.

Excellent customer service. Our technician was professional and skilled. Prices were as quoted and savings through coupons were maximized. I will definitely be using this business again!

I learned about Pink Rose from my daughter and I am so glad I took her suggestion. I had to have a ceiling light and switch installed (in a ceiling with no existing light). Mark did a fantastic job and also had time to install/replace another ceiling light/fan for me. He was so very professional and did an amazing job. Pink Rose is going to do another job for me...and probably other jobs as I need. I truly recommend this company

Its been very difficult trying to find decent contractors in regards to repairing my roof from the wind storm. I called Pink Rose and not only did they send someone out the same day..they even repaired the roof and my plumbing issue the same day as well. Jay was fantastic and felt like I knew him for years. There was no shadiness or pits in my stomach...everything felt, looked and performed legit. I will DEFINATELY use again and have already recommended to other people.

We had a storm door and outside frame replaced on the back of our garage by Pink Rose Home Service in late July. From making the initial appointment, being kept in contact when our job was able to be done sooner and meeting the person who came to our home, it was a great experience! Jeff was truly a top notch tech! He arrived on time, explained the procedure and alternatives to the materials he could use (we purchased the door ourselves in advance) before beginning the job, along with the cost. This is the third time we have had your company now do service for us three times and have been pleased with all the work you have done at our home. We have had both inside work done (installing a toilet, cleaning out a plugged basement sink and blowing out my dryer vent) and outside work (cement work, putting in new lattice around our deck, fixing our gutters and installing new shutters.

I contacted Pink Rose Service, after hearing their radio ads for several years, to replace the Lazy Susan in my kitchen cabinet. Mike, the technician who performed the work, was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and neat in his work. He was very helpful in guiding me through the process of selecting the proper kit for my needs. As I explained to the Pink Rose office after Mike's first visit, I was very impressed by his professional appearance and attitude. My experience with Pink Rose was extremely positive in every way.
