This location has gone to shit after Peter left. I had appointment last week. Showed up after verification of my appointment to a closed office. When I spoke to someone on the phone , she told me they had canceled my appointment! No phone call letting me know. Then this week I get a bill from July of 2025 saying I owe! Waiting 40 minutes on phone I opted for a return call. That was 2 days ago and no phone call. Great business and no one has reached out to me regarding the situation that happened last week. I am extremely upset right now! I had a 430 appointment today. Only to show up to a closed building. When I called I did get ahold of someone on the phone and was told my appointment was canceled! No reason why! As I am on the Christopher sat in his truck and watched. I even received a text today reminding me of my appointment. Wow!!! This is how you treat a long time customer. Extremely upset and would NOT recommend.

Went in early and we were fortunate to get in early! Front 2 women at check in was really sweet. The woman sitting on her own facing the wall was extremely rude to every patient. She was African American and I wanted to tell the doctor but didn't want to look racist. She should NOT be dealing with the public, especially those having to go to the doctor! She was rude to me and everyone else that went to her. She called over one lady and I tried telling her to wait for one of the others. My mother and I were both there for ch... read more

I felt that I was bothering the front desk employee when asking for help that the nurse told me would take care of. I realize it is a busy fast paced environment and they have many duties to attend to, however I was made to feel that my request was unimportant and that I should not have been told by another staff member that they (the front desk)would take care of me.
