From the time you walk in to the time you leave the staff cant be any friendlier. Doctor visits can be stressful. This staff makes you feel comfortable during your visit. I would recommend Pinnacle to anyone who needs to see a Dermatologist.

The staff is very nice from the time you walk in and explaining every that the dermatologist was going to do. Receptionist was very nice about the paper work also

These people are absolutely incredible! I'm 69 years old in and have never met anyone more caring, compassionate and professional. Kim, at the front desk, should be the role model for all people who interact with patient customers. Nurse Tracy is personable I'm caring and efficient. It is clearly evident that Dr. Fiona Hanley, loves each one of her patients, as a person, not just a number. Professional, competent and caring. Everyone was exceptional; the receptionist knew who I was when I walked in the door and was very friendly. The nurse was extremely nice and gave me some bandaids she cut to fit my ear which she didn't have to do. The Doctor was professional and very nice. A much better experience than last year.
