Other than a 40 minute wait divided between the waiting room and the patient room, it went smooth when the doctor showed up. Dr. Blake Trolani did a thorough exam and took a small piece of brown skin for examination. No pain, all gain.
Very professional and friendly staff. The answers to my questions were answered by a very well experienced dermatologist.
Dr. Troika is very personable. Staff very nice as well.
The staff and Dr. Laura Poole are always friendly and thorough with my visit. They explain everything and have my best interests in mind.
The wait time was short, Dr Poole did the exam and explained my medication changes and was very thorough in her explanation. I have been coming to Pinnacle for a few years now and have always had a pleasant experience.
Very good, been coming here for a long time, sent my kids here too when they had a problem, always see Laura Poole all the time
