As usual, the visit went well. I appreciated the fact that although I thought my appt was at 4:30pm when at the last minute I noticed it was really at 4:15pm, Lauren took me anyways. I did however try calling 9x while I was driving to let Pinnacle know but never was able to get through because for some reason my phone wouldn’t connect, and that was sure frustrating. It was such a relief since I had to travel a half hour to get to the appt that I was still seen. Thank you, Lauren❣️
Dr Troiani is very professional, explains the problem & possible treatments clearly. He has a caring approach. All staff were professional & gracious. Covid-19 precautions were strictly followed. Great care.
All was great. Had a scheduling conflict last minute and it was handled perfectly.
