This was my first visit to Pinnacle Dermatology, but it will not be my last. It could not have been a better experience. The staff were very warm and welcoming and Dr. Loven was very personable. We are knew to the area and I am very glad to have found them.
I arrived at 8::10 SM for a 8:30 appointment. They took me back to see the nurse around 8:50. At 9:05 I went to the counter and told them I was leaving. They said wait, we will be right back. I left, and as driving away they called to say the nurse was now available. I told them I had appointments and things to do. My time is important, that’s why I scheduled early in the morning. They wanted to reschedule and I told them no, I wasn’t coming back. They went ahead and billed Medicare and my supplemental policy.
Staff are pleasant, professional and a pleasure to interact with. Dr. Lambert is the best! She is thorough, engaging and knowledgeable. I really enjoy her interaction with staff and patient alike. It’s obvious she cares about people.
Melissa Lambert was such a delight and made my experience incredible! As soon as I left my appointment, I immediately called a couple of family members and recommended that they be seen by her. Thank you for making me look forward to coming back in the future - even after getting a biopsy taken from the bottom of my foot!
I'm a new patient and was a little nervous! From the receptionist to assistant (Heidi) and Dr. Melissa Lambert, all exceptional!! I would definitely recommend to friends or family.
