Receptionist was efficient and personable. I waited a very short time in waiting area or in examination room. Melissa knew what the problem was, fixed it and was on my way home. An overall pleasant experience. Thanks

Danielle at front desk is fabulous and helpful. Everybody is patient, kind, and competent. I love Dr. Loven. I believe he is the best doctor I've ever seen, no matter what the specialty. He treats me with respect and has a positive disposition.

Office has adequate staff to handle the number of patients they see. I don't think I have ever waited longer than 10 minutes beyond my appointment time, but they are usually running right on schedule. The office staff is friendly and polite and so is the professional staff of physician's assistants, nurse practitioners, etc. My questions are answered and I am given clear instructions regarding any prescriptions or post-op care for any office procedures I might have done. I feel I am getting excellent care.
