Professional, friendly and timely. Dr. Baptiste explained everything to me and accepted questions. I was in good hands. Jaime was Fantastic as well. She performed intake, numbed the extraction area and was gentle in doing so. All staff at pinnacle was very personable! Would definitely return!Â

The staff, doctor and dermatology certified nurse practioner are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I always feel very comfortable going to the office and have been very satisfied with their work. They have taken good care of me!Â

Great experience. Appointment was on time. The ladies at the Front desk were very nice and processed my paperwork quickly.. Doctor & Assistant were very professional and nice. I will refer my family, friends and work customers to your practice. I did forget to have the Doctor look at the back of my right hand middle finger, she looked at the top. I did call & left a message.Â
