Arrived on time filled out a little paper work was called in a room to change clothes. All done very efficiently. No major problems. Got dressed made an appointment for next year and went out to get my donut.

I have seen a few dermatologists in the past 10 years. By far the dermatologist that I saw today was very thorough. She took her time and answered all my questions. All her medical staff are also ery good Sorry I don't remember their names, but I will remember their faces. Thank you all and see you soon.

Professional, friendly and timely. Dr. Baptiste explained everything to me and accepted questions. I was in good hands. Jaime was Fantastic as well. She performed intake, numbed the extraction area and was gentle in doing so. All staff at pinnacle was very personable! Would definitely return!

The staff, doctor and dermatology certified nurse practioner are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I always feel very comfortable going to the office and have been very satisfied with their work. They have taken good care of me!
