I went to Pinnacle for a full body skin check, I saw Dr. Shirley Jean Baptiste . She was very pleasant when she came in office, very professional and got right to work. Upon finding several questionable areas she explained each as to what they were & what could be done. I had felt comfortable with her knowledge if skin and proceeded from there. Love the location and back office staff is so nice and helpful. Now on the other hand the front desk, reception, check-in staff can be a little more friendly, brighter, and positive. They are the first group of people you come into contact with, and some are just not welcoming.
