I recently purchased a used car from Pinnacle Nissan. This is actually my second car I've purchased from this dealership with about 16 years in between each purchase. I found what I wanted online, came in for a test drive and we worked a deal out. The sales department was very forthcoming and easy to speak to. There was no pressure or confusing list of numbers put in front of you. I ended up with the car I wanted for the price I agreed to and after 4 weeks I'm still pleased with my decision. Less than. A year ago I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Velostar. Since then the lever to move the seat up and down doesn’t work, the passenger side door does not open from the outside and the paint is disintegrating. I understand that there is no warranty on a used car, but am very disappointed in the quality of the vehicle, I will not be buying another car from them nor recommending them to anyone else. The staff was nice but I am disappointed and disabled so reliability was a big issue for me,
