I had a great experience with the sales manager and the sales associate Jay. They all worked together well and had me and my toddler out sooner than most dealerships that I purchased from in the past. Everyone isn’t perfect but everyone that I encountered at Pinnacle were pleasant and helpful.
We looked at a vehicle but decided it wasn't for us, but everyone at Pinnacle did the best to try and help us find the right car. Dillon the salesman was great to work with. Would definitely return

Definition of AMAZING Customer Service Attended this dealership on a friday after work, test out the rogue 2020 loved it, about to sign a deal agreed for 60 months finance and after going with the financial team they put my deal for 72 months same payment I was furious exhausted and confused, and cannot believe I shake the guys hand and played the gong for my new car .. Wow, what a guy (if you want to call yourself that). Challenging and threatening me over the phone and tells me that he'll clear his appointments to meet me face to face. Sure... I'll go meet you, I told him I'd be there is 30min. I took the 20 mile drive just to see what Ricardo looked like and to grab a business card. Comes up pumped chest and arms out, and starts.
