My Chocolate Lab Bosco had diarrhea for approx 3 1/2 days, of course this started on a weekend. When I contacted Pittsburgh Premier Vet Care on Monday 4/20, I was given an appt for that afternoon @ 4pm. Bosco at times can at times be somewhat of a "reactive" dog more so since my husband passed in August 2025; Bosco is "over protective" of me/mom. Nya and Ashton always make Benji's visits quick, easy, and fun for a very anxious golden doodle. In addition, ever since her "star-patient" rating she's had a certain swagger about her. Fit as a fiddle and now more confident than ever! Thanks Pittsburgh Premier Vet!
My dog, Mosley had been sick for several days. Dr. Bruno & staff were phenomenal! Mosley was thoroughly examined and given the appropriate meds. More important, the whole staff treated Mosley like one of their own!!
Dr. Juriga and Nya where really good with my dog Rio and very kind. I never had a bad visit there.

My wife and I are those people. There is a dog bed in every room of the house, if you don’t like our dog then you may excuse yourself etc.. between our families we have been to many many veterinarians. Some were good but we all felt like we were on an assembly line and just another number. Or the place was just horrible and we never went back. I brought my Kitty in for dental work and very pleased with the results. Also would like to add: my kitty will not let me brush him and I noticed that he was brushed when I got him home. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. Also the cost was reasonable. Thanks much
