I have been ordering from Pizza Pete's since I was a kid. I love their pizza! To me, it's the perfect NYC Pizza slice. Recently, I also tried their Sicilian pizza. O.M.G. Slightly sweet tomato sauce with the slight char of the pizza and the cheese....mmmmmm......!
Food is delicious
My order was a chicken roll with 4 garlic knots. I did not like the chicken roll: the bread was burnt, the chicken pieces were very small cubes and the cheese was shaped in small lumps? I ate it and it was OK but this is not the type of chicken roll I'm accustomed to eat. Garlic knots were soft and tasty, no complaints about them. I really liked them a lot.

Seeing a lot of negative reviews lately, doesn't seem right. Maybe people are getting paid to write negative reviews? I've been ordering here weekly for over 10 years, they are always on point. The shop is clean, love all of the staff there. Maybe got a couple of extra crispy slices once or twice over 10 years, but once or twice is not bad that's A LONG TIME. Ordered Caesar Salad cover of the salad was off so my food spilled inside the paper bag and dressing was a mess as well
Horrible food. A lousy excuse for a Chicago style deep dish pizza and a totally inedible Caesar salad. Absolutely tasteless, thrown together slop so bad I ended up throwing it away. Never again. How does this place get an average 5 star rating from over 2k reviews is a complete mystery to me.
