It took over an hour to deliver.
It was good! But...toppings and cheese were all on one side of crust. I love Pete's so didn't call. Might make them aware/box must have been turned or angled. Just a heads up. 👍🏼
When they can be bothered to get it right the food is good, but their total lack of care in delivery bis shameful
I waited over a half hour past my promised delivery time and when I called them they told me: 1. They left it with the doorman, when I proved that wasn’t true: 2. They claimed they brought it up to my apt (which is not even allowed during contactless delivery) and handed it to a “woman”. When I told them that wasn’t true they continued to argue with me and I had to spend 10 minutes convincing them to resend my food since I never received it. Terrible way to handle things. Never again.
Never received my order. Tried to communicate with the driver but he did not understand English. When I finally received a call from the store 30 minutes later,
Delivery was 15 minutes past the 1 hour estimate. By the time I got the pizza it was cold and hard. Maybe this place is better in person but for delivery I would avoid.
After my first time ordering a calzone from here all have been burnt except for that very first order. I usually don’t even order pizza from here because the sauce and bread is just weird. But all but one of my calzones have been burnt so I can only eat about half of it. Thanks but no thanks.
They didn’t explain veggie pizza properly and that you can do chose your own ingredients. Mushrooms tasted sour like they’re out of can. Pizza was not very good overall. Not ordering from here again.
