RecommendedLast night we lost our 11 1/2 Boston Terrier. We rushed to what we thought was the 24 hour vet but instead came here. It was after hours but Doctor and his amazing wife were still there. They let us in after hours and helped us. Putting a dog down was the absolute hardest decision my husband I have ever made. Woodie needed a quick trip in and his vet was too busy. The Dr and techs found time for Woodie same day and alleviated his pain. Thank you for making time and making our furkid feel better

My family dog, Lucy, used to go here before she passed away. We always knew she would be in great hands and Dr. Blaso and the staff were always so amazing to her and to us. I recently just took my bearded dragon and I was also still treated with respect and the Dr took very good care of my terrified reptile!! Highly recommend this place.
I can not say enough good things about the staff. We always took our dogs to a vet in Lockport because I had previous experience with him (they're wonderful also). Our dog got diagnosed with diabetes 2 years ago and hard as we tried, we failed miserably at giving him the shots ourselves. In a last ditch effort, I called them to see if we could take our dog to them for the insulin shots since we lived so close...just temporarily until we got comfortable with it :-) We never got comfortable with it. Plainfield Veterinary Clinic went above and beyond yesterday to take care of our dog as if he was their own. They were genuinely concerned and answered all of our questions. We're new to the area and will definitely be going back!
After a long and difficult decision I had to call and have them come to my home and put my dog to rest And they spent time to make sure I 8 derstood everything that was going on They gave us all the time we needed to say good bye and answered all questions and I couldn't have asked for a better doctor or staff to help us threw this sad time I will be telling everyone how nice they treated us and our poor pet

Very Nice , informative & reasonable prices. 1st time there with my furry family member (Miss Gypsy - Chihuahua shih-tzu mix) and I believe we found the right place and I will return for my pets needs .
