good vet clinic but do not recommend grooming. The groomer took my dogs collar off by it’s head and not unbuckle it. Made my dog shake and hide. Not going again
On Tuesday, September 24th my rescue cat was spayed by Dr Blaso at Plainfield Veterinary Clinic. The spay was covered by the rescue, but other services were not. After speaking to the staff about my options, I elected for her to have an IV catheter and fluids during her procedure for $79. They informed me that, along with many other benefits, by doing this I was greatly increasing her chance of survival if (God forbid) something happened during the surgery. My dog friend cracked his dewclaw and had to get it cut down. I was told $18 before we got to the office. This is what they tried to charge me. Walked away only paying $107 but they still charged me $53 more than what we agreed on. Why does this happen every time I go to the vet?
I was a long time client with several animals being seen there, but will never go back !!! Fyi......Arguing with a client is totally unprofessional and unexceptable. Hope you made yourself feel better Dr. S. Oh ya, and we had to put my cat down because of her incompetence!
When I walked in the door I could hear an argument between the staff in the back room! I should have run then! Then the information I was given last night about a medication I paid for, but never received, was not refunded. (The only reason I went there the 2nd time). Of course I wasn't told this until I was checking out. Very unprofessional!!!
