"I was set up with a different specialist than normal, not..." I was set up with a different specialist than normal, not sure why, I prefer to work with Jared (sp?). The work was completed quickly and well, and even cost less than I thought it would based on the quote. But, when my car was brought to me, despite the attendant wearing gloves and a mask, my steering wheel had a fresh booger on it. Gross. So, not a horrible visit, but not what I’m used to.

"Tony is the best service agent you have." As usual I always have an excellent service with Tony Thomas. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to what he does. Tony never tries to sell me work I do not need on my car. I trust him. if he says something needs to be fix I know it does. He is very accommodating when I have to bring my car for any type of work. During the shut down I needed an oil change so I called Tony and he told me he was not working but I could go to one of the other advisors. I told him no I would wait for... read more

He recently helped me get my Rogue a 15,000 mile service and new rear brake pads. Our family relies on our SUV a lot for work, recreation and road trips - we use it frequently. The moment I drove off the lot I was not disappointed! The work completed was immediately noticeable in the vehicle’s improved performance. It drove as well as the day I bought it. Thank you Jarred!
