Even after the sale, Planet Nissan has an outstanding service department. I had a leaking battery, unknown to me. They paid for the towing, new battery and out the door at zero out of pocket cost.

I was notified by text that my vehicle was finished but I couldn’t get into the link they sent. So I waited all day for my car. When I picked it up I was not given any paperwork of the findings of service. And car was not washed. I was told there were no employees for the car wash.

He escorted us in the building and found our saleman Davit. Davit was also very kind not pushy like other dealership. I enjoy the whole time of purchasing a vehicle.
