Felix answered my questions on the phone and we walked in on Saturday to finance a lease that was up. Lee helped us with the deal. Charles helped us in finance. After 2.5 hours waiting I was told that it will take another 3-4 hours to work on the recall which I was ok with. I told them what I wanted, and they delivered with no hassle. They were all courteous, friendly and professional. This was the first time my mother left a car dealer feeling fully confident and not cheated/taken advantage of in any way. Great staff, cars, facility. We will highly recommend to our family and friends.
