"Thank you, Ken!" I sent a text to Ken in service around 8:30am in morning (before they open) and he responded for me to bring my car in and they would get it taken care of. The intake process was very efficient. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. I received constant communication throughout the process and was able to look over my cars need from my phone.
