"The 6 Month Service" Every 6 months we take our 2012 Rogue to this facility for excellent service. We are very pleased with Mr. Jarred Meckley. He is patient, understanding and informative. He does not pressure us when a recommendation is made by the mechanic, providing us with suggestions and time frames to accomplish certain repairs. This allows the customer both comfort and knowledge to make decisions that works with the pocketbook.
"My go to guy........" I have been returning to Planet Nissan Service Dept. since I purchased my car in 2006. Over the years, Tim Curlee has gone out of his way to work with me on high priced fixes. Trust is an important issue.
"60,000 Mile Maintenance" Took the car in for scheduled maintenance but during the inspection the tech found codes indicating the transmission needed replaced (covered by warranty). I was going on an out of town trip the next day so they arranged a rental. Great customer service. Got the car back a day earlier than expected.

It's really hard going to dealership, but Planet Nissan has made it really comfortable and easy. Ken in the service department is awesome.
