I was told it would take 1 hour and 45 minutes for my oil change and to check over the recall on my vehicle, and it took exactly that. Heath has been my go to person for years and I trust him.

Car wouldn't start after a car wash, and got it jump started by another shop next door where they informed me that I not only needed a new battery, but also an alternator and is was going to cost me over $1000. Called my service advisor, Jarret at Planet Nissan and he told me my car was still under warranty, and that Nissan would tow it over to them to take a look and have it replaced.
