It seemed that the dentist who saw me was rushed and over bookedi asked him to explain the plan but he had other patients. Then he aid he would explain the new procedure next week when I was to get a filling. He did not show me that area. I was not pleased with this service. The service I’ve had at Platinum has always Ben excellent.
I was vey pleased . The staff were very friendly. I will be coming back if I need dental work done in the future. I will give 10

The dental hygienist was so good, and took time to make sure my teeth were clean. The doctor came in and carefully explained what necessary treatments I needed to do on my next appointment. Everyone is so welcoming from the moment you enter the office, I feel so comfortable every time I’m there.
My experience at Platinum Dental Group Orange has always been highly pleasant and my results are very good. I wouldn't change anything or anyone in this office. Excellent experience with Dr. Latorraca. He is nice, professional and very competent. I have been his patient for about 20 years. The staff is courteous and great. I am very satisfied with their service.
I had a six month cleaning today. The front desk staff is wonderful and very efficient. The hygienist was fabulous and Dr. Latoracca puts his patients at ease. The entire staff is warm and friendly and truly care about their patients. I highly recommend for any dental procedures!
My new hygienist was very personable with a great personality but importantly, she did a good job on my teeth. She cleaned my teeth effectively and I had no pain when I went home. Great job. I would recommend her to anyone.
