Very easy to work with. Matt did a great job guiding us through the process of buying a new construction house. Mortgages can be intimidating and confusing. We had a couple of hurdles that he found a way to go over/around/through that he not only explained in layman's terms, but helped us "get there"!

When I originally decided to refinance our home I was working with a lender out of Georgia. I didn't think there was anyone locally who could compete with the rate the Georgia Group was giving us. After talking with Matt and giving him my information he was able to match and beat the others. I felt immediately he was very competent and I wanted to work with someone locally. In the end he did A great job for us. My wife and I are very pleased, and I would highly recommend him to anyone especially my closest friends.
