The agent Andrea Broenneke did an excellent job. As she did last year as well. My only criticism is the long delay in obtaining an appraisal. I do understand this is not under your control. The common reason for the delay seems to be the appraisers are too busy. Hard to swallow the excuse that business is too good.

Although buying a home entails a lot of time, energy, and documentation, Don at Platinum Morgage made it really easy and pain free. Most of the paperwork was done online, and it took very little of my time. He was always professional and available to answer all of my questions and assisted us in getting the rates and payments we needed, not to mention, we were able to close a couple weeks early.
