Very easy to work with. Matt did a great job guiding us through the process of buying a new construction house. Mortgages can be intimidating and confusing. We had a couple of hurdles that he found a way to go over/around/through that he not only explained in layman's terms, but helped us "get there"!

Lucas and his team are amazing! The wife and I were put into an unfortunate living situation, with time being an issue and the winter months, Lucas was constantly keeping us updated and checking to make sure we were alright. There were times where I had questions and I would immediately call or text, and Lucas would answer in mere minutes. I would recommend PMH to anyone looking for a new home. Lucas is the man! Got us a great rate and was always available. I mean always available! We often had questions on Saturday's and Sunday's and he always answered his phone. The process was easy and he kept us informed every step of the way. You wont go wrong using him.t
