The technician arrived assessed the problem. He knew he needed to make a return visit to fix the problem. He made an adjustment to temporarily fix the problem . He returned in a timely manner and ( hopefully) permanently fixed the problem. So far so good.

Horrible customer service I’m not so surprised since I originally looked at the reviews, but had no choice to use this company since I’m going through american home shield. Originally had tech come out they submitted the report with plan to fix problem . They sent tech out today who said he was unable to complete jobs since he was blindsided and thrown into this, and that the original tech would come out tomorrow. I called the office, frustrated about the miscommunication and was told that the tech on site would be fixing on... read more
