The technician arrived assessed the problem. He knew he needed to make a return visit to fix the problem. He made an adjustment to temporarily fix the problem . He returned in a timely manner and ( hopefully) permanently fixed the problem. So far so good.

God awful company and the people working for them may be even worse. They show up, park illegally and then take it upon themselves to shut the water off in my entire building without notifying any of the tenants, just to install a sink upstairs in an apartment nobody is even living in. Clearly not an emergency. So i go upstairs to the apartment thats being renovated and calmly ask the guy who works for Platinum, "did you shut the water off?" and he proceeds to tell me he shut it off himself because the association was supp... read more
