I am actually surprised to see some of these negative reviews. I have worked with Plaza Home Mortgage wholesale for many years. And although sometimes things happen-securing a mortgage can be an overwhelming experience not just for the buyer but all involved, seller, agents escrow, and lender. Excellent communication from start to finish. My Account Executive is always available to problem solve with unique loan scenarios and the entire team is clear and timely with communication from submission to close.

Everyone that touches my files is courteous, knowledgeable and eager to help resolve issues or answer questions. I have even had account executives reach out after hours and on weekends.
