Because Plaza Home Mortgage missed a fax from our insurance provider updating our policy number, they began sending us letters stating suggesting we were in debt collections and our credit would be harmed. We contacted the insurance provider received the new policy number and then updated the info ourselves on the Plaza website. After the threating-sounding letters, we wanted to confirm that all was OK. They repeatedly misapply my payments, tell me they haven't received checks even though I have tracking, POD, and a copy of the cleared check. Won't remove late fees even though it's their fault they occurred. Overall HORRIBLE customer service, no one actually wants to help you. They have threatened me with collections or negative credit reports more than once WHEN I PAID ON TIME, THEY MISAPPLIED IT. Worst company I ever had to deal with. Plaza Home Mortgage will take your money with no issues but when you call them to try to get answers, no one will help you and if they do they are very nasty over the phone. Just go and ask for the supervisor right away to save some headache if they can even help. I am trying to sell my property and requested some paperwork from Home Plaza. They sell my mortgage to another company and told me they notified me which I didn't receive the transfer letter. Now i need to wait for the new com... read more

My loan was transferred in October from Plaza Mortgage to ***************, i am glad it did . It's amazing how each department has no idea that my Mortgage has been Transferred. I recently received a mail from Plaza Mortgage asking me to provide a *************** on a Mortgage that they no Longer Managing . Please stop harassing me .

Worst loan servicer I have ever dealt with. My account overview stated that I did not need to make a payment until MAR 2022. I called to confirm with a representative. They stated this was accurate. I diverted funds from my account to an emergency because so thought I was good to go. They attempted to charge my account multiple times. This resulted in $67 in fees from my bank. Now the payment is considered overdue and I owe my payment with $140 in fees to Plaza. I also do not pay property taxes in my state. Plaza paid the co... read more
