Just passing through town and my new tires from Sears Auto were out of balance just enough to be iritating. The local Sears had shut down so I dropped into Plaza Tire on the odd chance that they could fit me in. To my surprise they pulled it in the bay and had me on my way in 30 minutes. No nasty comments about buying from Sears, just a smile and put me back on the road.
