Service was great. They informed me of an issue i was not previously aware of and provided a solution
Fast service and quality work. Good. Bad. The long wait to get in. Arrived 45 min prior to my 1230 appointment and didn't get seen till 130-2 PM.
I do like their service quality but I don't care for the pushiness of wanting you to do extra things to your car. I heard someone say no to their credit card and they kept talking like they didn't hear the no. Kept right on spilling the information to the wife knowing her husband kept saying no, no, no.
Plaza Tire put new braks on my vehicle and after one month, heavy dusk was all over my wheels. Called and explained situation, they asked to return car. Technician forgot to lubricate breaks! How does this company forget to lubricate NEW drakes!?! I do not recommend them, vase on my experience.
