Plaza Tire put new braks on my vehicle and after one month, heavy dusk was all over my wheels. Called and explained situation, they asked to return car. Technician forgot to lubricate breaks! How does this company forget to lubricate NEW drakes!?! I do not recommend them, vase on my experience.

When I first started going to this Plaza the people were friendly and hardworking. Now that those people have left the new people are horrific. There is this one guy named Zack I believe. He is rude and lazy and has a lot of attitude even when youre being absolutely nice to him. I have officially stopped going to this one. Ive switched to a different one where the people are kind and know what theyre doing.

They put the Cabin air filter in upside down. Caused my AC compressor to freeze over. I got my Jeep serviced just so I wouldnt have issues
The went through my glove box and my center console looking for a special socket that was not even in their it was in the back. They also didnt even tell me about it I had to call to find out why they did that. Will never be back!
