Honor your appointments! An oil change and tire rotation does not take 2-3 hours to do -- my grandmother can do it half that time! And please do your best to return your customer's vehicle the way it was, and not with my floor mats piled up in one place and not with my mirrors all over the place. In other words, DO YOUR JOB!
Very Bad experience.... Never had any issue except for at Plaza. You’re not even treated like a human being. I live nearby but have always ended up bringing my business elsewhere. Don’t waste your time coming here !
Brought car in for 11am appointment. Heather advised me it would take 2 hours. At 12:15 they told me it would be ready soon. I checked at 12:45 and watched as they BEGAN to work on my car. No one knows what anyone is doing. This is not the first time , but this time has pushed me to not ever come back.
This may have been the most unorganized service center I have ever been to. Took them 45 min to check in my car. I was then informed that it would take at least 3 hours (probably more) to complete a routine multi point inspection because they only had 1 tech working! Why did I make an appointment? How do you run a service center with only 1 technician???? Never again! Next appointment will be in Staten Island or New Jersey.

They walk into a dealership because that decision has already been made so a dealer is simply a customer service center at that point but customer service is non-existent at Plaza. Came a week ago to subordinate the air conditioner. Said that the system is invalid and promised to subordinate this week as it is necessary to find where the freon flows. Was very upset when I arrived today. The manager refused to take the car to work. The reason for the refusal was that the air conditioner was supposedly working properly. After that, he said that there was no time to repair the car and began to be rude to put it blatantly and without taking the car for repairs. —Do not bring your car to the body shop, they will use your old parts and charge you for new I'm writing from experience so please listen do not go there
I brought in my car for LoJack installation at the service area and the guy (mike) stated that they need the car for 2+ hours. That's cool, after waiting 3hours I came to him and asked (do you know how long about) , he said I told you not to wait. If I have been here for 3 hours , waiting another hour or so it not a big deal to me at all. I was just curious, all he can said is that let me check on it or let me fine out. They had me sitting in there for over 3hours and Half they maintenance my car sorry all my worker's left he was smiling and I was piss off poor service and communication ruined my Sunday
