Took my car for 5k toyota care service l. left the car with them for 4 hours. Came back was told my service is done. Once i got in my car the reset light wasn't reset, opened the hood none of the fluid were topped off. And none of the tires were rotated. But i was given a bill stating all of these things were done. Will never be taking my cars to them again. Just plain horrible !!!!!!! bunch of crooks
Beware of a sales man , probably an independent contracted with management, who misrepresents himself and possibly the management of this dealership. His first name is Alfred. He added an extended warranty against my wishes, promised to remove it but did not. I , in good faith, signed the contract. THANK U LESTER JONES, I will not be buying any of my next two vehicles from this Toyota dealership. Over the last 3 years my experience has been nothing but wonderful but today the SALES MANAGER, LESTER JONES acted extremely unprofessional and did not treat me like a customer who has already done business here. This year was a surprise as to the way the people who work here act. I can only say that the young men who helped us were great but beside them. It seems like everyone else act like it's a house party. My wife and I had to over hear women taking about what race to date and how they are. Others saying to each other let's take it outside like they were in high school. Very unprofessional and after all these years going there I might just go to another location.
Did you wake up and say to yourself "Today I want to be outright lied to, have tons of my time wasted, and get treated like crap"? You can either go on Tinder or come to this dealership. They will try to sweet talk you with things like "We can get you an employee discount, baby", but know that they have and will say any lie to get in your wallet. Horrible service department!!!! Kept me waiting 7plus hours and service wasn’t completed. Lied to by management ! AWFUL!!!
Stopped by 3 times over the past 2 weeks to have my car serviced. Needless to say I was given an excuse each time for why my car couldn't be accommodated AND to return another day. Wasted a lot of time to not have anything done.
