I would not recommend living in this neighborhood. It has been one of the worst places I’ve ever lived. The smell of raw sewage is absolutely disgusting. There are days when you can’t even enjoy being outside because the odor is so overwhelming. I’ve reported this issue multiple times, and nothing has been done. It’s obvious that management has no urgency to address serious concerns. Safety is another huge problem. Pleasant ridge was amazing to work with they got the closing done quickly very professional and very helpful if you want to live in a nice park this is it very clean very quiet very thankful how quick they got the closing done Jesenia Sanchez was awesome
Jesenia made our move-in process incredibly easy. She made me feel in control every step of the way and even helped us secure some time rent-free! The community seems great so far—no issues at all
The front office makes sure they get everything taken care of ASAP!! They take pride in making sure their tenants are happy with their home. Our AC went out in 99 degree weather and the front office responded to my message within a few minutes with a date and time that the AC guy can come out to fix it. In the meantime they had maintenance come to our home and install 2 AC units. Thank you so much Pleasant Ridge!!!
