Haven’t even been living there long and all of my stuff was stolen by some junkie neighbor. This is ridiculous. I will get to the bottom of this. Work as a truck driver just to be robbed.
The front office makes sure they get everything taken care of ASAP!! They take pride in making sure their tenants are happy with their home. Our AC went out in 99 degree weather and the front office responded to my message within a few minutes with a date and time that the AC guy can come out to fix it. In the meantime they had maintenance come to our home and install 2 AC units. Thank you so much Pleasant Ridge!!!
Management sucks they can't do their job right and don't take accountability when they make mistakes
