Very happy with the front office customer support as well as the exceptional veterinary care. My 9yo chihuahua terrier has received the best care here. All of the doctors have been great. Highly recommend this office for your pets!!!
Fantastic!! My dog is very reactive, with a few drugs, before you go in, and their ability to handle each dog and its “difficulties”. We had a great visit. Thank you so much, I was at a loss as to how to get this guy to a vet, it was a huge problem, not now!!! Thank you, the entire staff pitched in, with “a few happy visits”, to the day of the real visit. Simply amazing!!!
I have been bringing my pets to Pleasanton Vet since 2003. We moved up to the Brentwood area 7yrs ago and I still bring my dog to them. Over the years, there has been different vets in the practice, all of them have been wonderful caring doctors. I trust them completely. I love Suzanne & Beth too!
What an immensely different experience from our last veterinarian! Dr. Lee is so knowledgeable and compassionate, she examined our very frightened senior rescued dog sitting in the floor beside him, calming him instantly! Vet assistant Warren was also very caring and knowledgeable. Great front desk staff as well!! 5/5++!!!
I went in to discuss wellness plan options for my fit and healthy 3 Year old dog. My dog is current with all vaccinations with Banfield, and had a checkup barely a week ago. Only reason I reached out to this place was since this Vet is much closer than the one I go to in Danville. I made it clear to the staff that I'm here to discuss the plan options and have no concerns with my dog. And will decide once I've evaluated all my options. Yet they setup the doctor appointment.
