The receptionist didn’t greet us at all she didn’t even care to do her job. She seemed very annoyed. The doctor was kind and knowledgeable about my concerns.

The receptionists were very nice and helpful the moment I walked in the door. There wait was very short and I saw a provider within a few minutes of being in the room. The provider was very sweet and patient with my little one. I always love the experience that I receive here with any of my kids.

It would’ve have been best if you inform patients of the horrible delay when checking in. My appointment was at 4:15 and at 5:30 I asked and they told me that there are 5 kids jn front of us. It is 6:05 and still waiting. I would have gone somewhere else.
