My daughter hurt her finger, it looked clearly dislocated. We went right to the urgent care and got there at 8:27. The lady at the front desk rolled her eyes when I told her we didn’t have an appointment and it was for her finger. She got up and left the table while I checked in. 10 minutes later she came back and said “it’s a 2 hour wait and we close at 10”. That was it, she wouldn’t continue checking me in. So my daughter, who is in a ton of pain, had to leave without being seen.

It would’ve have been best if you inform patients of the horrible delay when checking in. My appointment was at 4:15 and at 5:30 I asked and they told me that there are 5 kids jn front of us. It is 6:05 and still waiting. I would have gone somewhere else.

My son was not properly examined, and today, three days later, we took him to a different doctor, where he tested positive for the flu.

Two minute visit she didn’t even check my child what he has my child. Keep crying provider. She didn’t even scared to touch the kids and that’s not right. when I get back next day over this guys wanna charge me again for another visit for the same issue that sucks.
