The receptionist didn’t greet us at all she didn’t even care to do her job. She seemed very annoyed. The doctor was kind and knowledgeable about my concerns.

The receptionists were very nice and helpful the moment I walked in the door. There wait was very short and I saw a provider within a few minutes of being in the room. The provider was very sweet and patient with my little one. I always love the experience that I receive here with any of my kids.

I was very disappointed with my experience. This was the first time I brought my daughter to this office because I wanted to make sure she didn’t have an ear infection. Instead of addressing my primary concern, the doctor seemed much more focused on the earwax in my daughter’s ears. She made a comment saying, “Oh my, who does she get this from?” which I found unnecessary and unprofessional. ATTN!!! When it comes down to an emergencies these people here that work here very into the clock. I understand you guys said 30 more minutes before close but it’s very frustrating when they tell you OK we’re going to close eventually soon so you have to go to the hospital, which is really unprofessional Under side where they had 30 more minutes in order to see my child. I wouldn’t recommend nobody to bring their kids in here at all go to another place.

My daughter hurt her finger, it looked clearly dislocated. We went right to the urgent care and got there at 8:27. The lady at the front desk rolled her eyes when I told her we didn’t have an appointment and it was for her finger. She got up and left the table while I checked in. 10 minutes later she came back and said “it’s a 2 hour wait and we close at 10”. That was it, she wouldn’t continue checking me in. So my daughter, who is in a ton of pain, had to leave without being seen.
