PM Pediatrics Urgent Care was beyond helpful for what I needed for my daughter. Erica was such a pleasure at that front desk, and it was busy. She not only juggled patients signing in, but she did it with a pleasant demeanor. She had to help multiple people signing in who were having a hard time and she got it done with a smile. Our wait was no more than 10 minutes. We met Monique one of the nurse practitioners who was also very pleasant, knowledgable and helpful. I am grateful for finding PM Pediatrics Urgent Care .

It cost $75 for a two-minute visit, and all they did was tell us to get a bandaid and nerosporin. I believe the visit should have been better if the person who served us atleast treated the wound, even if it wasn’t infected. My daughter who is 4 years old had a scuff and a burn mark, and I understand that nothing can be done, but I still felt like it was a careless visit. I probably won’t go back here unless I have to. They could have put neisporin and a bandaid at the time of visit and not recommend for me to go buy it. We... read more

When the doctor came in, felt very rushed and not fully examined. Barely explained anything and I felt rushed to quickly have to think of questions for things that weren’t explained. I understand they deal with these sicknesses everyday, but for patients and families this could be our first times. We should be told what to expect in the coming days, what to watch out for, when our kids can return to school, how it could affect family members in the house, etc.

The nurse practitioner was rushing and inattentive. My daughter has been sick for 2 weeks she told me to give her Tylenol and Motrin. Don’t even offer to take a test and basically blew us off, after she left I insisted for tests and they came back and tested her she’s is 4 she tested positive for flu and strep. !!!!

You need to improve by doing more thorough testing. The day after I came into this office and Was told my daughter sickness was just viral without any medication given, my daughter ended up in the emergency room with pneumonia and having to be put on oxygen to breathe She was in the hospital for three days

They need Do More thorough testing. Went in to be told it's "viral". Wind up having to bring my child to the ER the next day to find out she has pneumonia. I won't be going back again to PM pediatrics. And now talking to people quite a few feel the same way due to their own experiences. Very very disappointed

Dr was rude. I’ve had her a few times. Can’t remember her name but her attitude is very off putting. Seems like she doesn’t want to be there. It wasn’t just a one time thing. Whenever she’s there her bedside manner is nonexistent.

If i could give it a 0 i would have! worst experience ever the staff was rude and completely lacked care; and just got my daughters test results back from 05/05 that said she had the FLU when i was supposed to get it the next day as promised never going back!
