Actually test a child for the flu and Covid instead of just mentioning it as the doctor leaves the exam room. There is no reason why we should have to go back to you and pay another copay in less than 24 hours because your doctors/staff are incompetent.

Very helpful
You have the worst people working at the front desk. They are rude not knowledge and quick to get you off the phone. My 3 year old went in yesterday for a strep test and a culture test I was notified that the results came in ! I could not sign in! So I called and she was like we p Wouldn’t have the results anyway!!! She put me on hold for 10 mins!!!! Came back and so we just got its negative. This is the Syosset office so upset!!

I made an appointment for Sunday, June 8 at 10:15AM. I arrived at 9:30 AM hoping that I could get seen soon sooner. This was not the case, but I was fine with waiting, two other families came in with their sick children. After we were waiting a half hour I asked both families if they had appointments being that nobody was being seen yet. Both family said they didn’t have appointments. The doctor was very uncaring. My daughter was quite sick and it affected her liver and the doctor demonstrated a callous and disinterested attitude.
