Clinic does not have pediatric urine collection bags and defaults to inserting a catheter to collect urine from babies under 2 years old. Front desk staff is not attentive. Front desk staff provided unsanitized materials.

Business response:

Hi, we’re so sorry your visit didn’t meet expectations. We’re committed to creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every child and family, and we’ll use your feedback to guide improvements.

Nurse called out wrong patient name. Was not friendly and positive. Tested negative for strep due to incorrectly swabbing. Ended up going to pediatrician in few days after consistent fever and tested positive for strep. Received antibiotics prescription. Doctor failed to notice signs of steep infection during throat examination just because test was negative. Should have suggested a test retake.

Business response:

Hi, we’re so sorry your visit wasn’t what you expected. Our team is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to every family, and we’re committed to using your feedback to make improvements.

Although I said that the child had developed conjunctivitis, the doctor said that it was just a cold and that if you wash her nose with saline solution, then everything will go away. The situation worsened; my daughter could not open her eyes in the morning.

Business response:

At PM Pediatric Care, we strive to provide expedient and excellent service to all our patients. Your comments will be shared with our management team, so that appropriate improvement can be made.
