My experience was NOT GOOD. Not only did they SPAM me after my visit with over 7 texts now asking me to complete this survey...but Your doctor and nurse showed that they were incompetent by actively discouraging me from requesting they test my child for flu and covid. I had to ask her to check 4 seperate times and she continued to try to discourage me from checking even after I mentioned that I had other children and elderly family at home. We will not use this urgent care again . Cooks was pretty booked up so we used this for the first time. I have never had a Dr. Push away from giving a flu test , yet say my child had the flu. I've also never been spoken to as though I didn't have a single brain cell. The doctor also commented multiple times on how me requesting a flu test wouldn't change anything. I went in tonight around 7 because my son was sick. He took the strep throat test and it was positive. The Dr said that they will call in his antibiotics prescription to the CVS in little elm since it is a 24 hour Pharmacy . I spent 2 1/2 hours at CVS they said nothing was called in and nothing was in their system. My son now has to spend another night sick because of this urgent care office mistake. One thing they did do correct is take your copay payment and bill your insurance. I have no clue why this place have 4 stars. ... read more

I had an appointment for 11:30. We didn’t get back to a room until 12:30 and then we didn’t see a doctor for another hour. It was like torture sitting in a room the size of an area rug with a sick 3 year old for that long. When I voiced my upset I was told that you book multiple people for the same time slot AND take walk ins.

Nurse and doctor were great! They spent a lot of time with us and showed great care for my son.
Avoid. I went here thinking they would be better for my daughter since it is pediatrics. They are still charging me money 2 months after service even though I paid my co-pay. No testing was done for my daughter. Just told it was viral and go home and keep her comfortable. She was seen by a PA and not an MD. I ended up having to take her to her pediatrician 2 days later and got testing done and medication started. She was miserable and very sick and they did nothing to help her. Just over charge.
