Front desk seemed incompetent and didn’t know what an HCA is and required payment instead of going through insurance. Doctor and nurse were great. The doctor especially seemed very knowledgeable.

My son fell and needed sutures on his chin and the medical team was great! Zoey, Paige, and Traci were all kind, professional, efficient, and had great team work. I am very thankful and happy with the care my son received in a scary situation.

A huge thank you to the staff at PM Pediatrics. They took absolute care of my baby boy, Ak, who needed stitches. I was honestly so scared about him going through the procedure and the pain he might feel, but from the moment we walked in, the entire team was incredible. Yet again, such a great experience! Receptionist Zoey was very helpful & efficient in getting us checked in. Nurse Luis was kind & made my daughter feel right at home while checking her in & getting her vitals. PA Melody was awesome!
